Combining two different items in one listing is not fair for buyer

I recently noticed some listings have more than 1 items with totally different price.

For example, if I want to search "8GB Micro SD Card", sort by price + Shipping cost, 

some lists have an adapter with $0.99 and SD card is $9.99. and the price comes as $0.99.

I feel that leads misunderstanding. I don't think this kind of list shouldn't be allowed.

It is a manipulation of multi item listing practice and probably a policy violation but it does serve the useful purpose of telling you which sellers to avoid at all costs.
