Hi everyone, recently sold some packages to some customers in Brazil, Mexico and Croatia. Pretty stressed out at the moment as these shipments should be sent out today but myself being a new ebay seller and not having much experience just learned that I must include commercial invoices with these shipments. A bunch of questions I have now!!!!! Anyone who has experience with selling internationally please help as I am a little stumped. Anyone have a good template that they use for selling internationally? Do I somehow attach the 1,2,3 etc copies ( whatever that country requires ) invoices onto the side of the package or can I put them inside the box? will my packages not be able to enter that country or just be sent back to me if I do not include this info? Have been getting some sales internationally lately which excites me, but almost thinking all the extra time I will have to spend filling out these commercial invoices for every shipment will make it not as worth it.
Any input appreciated. Thanks

You don't have to include an invoice/packing slip but it's a good idea.
Only a few countries REQUIRE an commercial invoice and none that I know of require one for low value shipments.
If you do want to include one I think you can print one from PayPal when you print a postage label.
If you are not using PayPal for the postage you can make one up yourself.

PayPal has a Packing Slip option which can be printed.
If you subscribe to eBay Selling Manager (Basic is free) there is an Invoice/Packing slip option available to print.
