Confused about Shipping option

I need some help here, can't seem to figure this one out.
ok here goes, I have always printed my shipping labels through my seller manager pro without any problems. now
here is the problem for 2 day's now when I go into my seller manager and select Items Awaiting Shipment and the select the ones I want to print a shipping label, and
then select print, There was always a first option where one would select PRINT SHIPPING LABEL CANADA POST OR UPS, that was nice fast and easy. Now that option is no longer there, only print packing slip, address label etc. What I have to do now is click on the shipping icon and then select paypal details etc. which takes me to paypal and the payment transaction, then I must select print shipping label at paypal, now that's a long way around compared to the way it was, I hope this is only temporarily, when you have 10 labels to print a day the times ands up.
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED :O:-)

I am experiencing the same problem and have notified my account manager at ebay. Hopefully they clear it up soon.

Well now I know I am not alone, one would think ebay would annouce there is a problem, but like allways they will make a annoucement after it's fixed and brag how they fixed it so quickly, that's if they annouce it at all, like i have mentioned once before all these updates is costing sellers sales, ebay won't admit it. It's like
come 9 PM in your area and the doors are closed, even had buyers unable to checkout after a certain hour. ebay is suppossed to be 7 days a week 24 hours a day, believe me it's not.

I was just coming here to ask if anyone was missing the "print shipping label" button on theirs too.
I used to have it as a drop down option beside my transactions on my sold items list on ebay, now I do not. It's not even an option when you open the listing either. I too have to go log into paypal first and hit the print shipping label beside each transaction in there.
Where did our print label on ebay go???

Hi all, ok I just logged into ebay.com for the fun of it
and there printing shipping option is still there, now that make me believe the reason it's gone on ebay.ca is most likely due to the Canadapost Shipping Ajutater, I had sent a email to ebay to find out what's going on, sofar I only got the Standard email will answer soon etc.
I let ya all Know.:)

ok here is the answer I got from my first email to ebay powersellers support,

I understand that you're unable to find this link or buttons within your
My eBay here on www.ebay.ca. It has recently been brought to our
attention that these are not showing anymore and our Site Technicians

For the mean time, you can still print of your labels two ways! One,
would be by logging into your account on www.ebay.com to print them off.
Or two, you can login to your PayPal account and click on the link from
within your Overview. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause

seems to be taking a long time to resolve this issue, I would guess the tecks are still at home eating Turkey:)
