Conversion rate when paying

I used to be able to choose my credit card conversion rate when buying US $ stuff. I just clicked on the conversion amount, and there was an option to change it there. Today, I tried, and tried, and tried, and the only option was PayPal's greedy conversion rate. I hate that!! I want to be able to choose like I used to.

Anyone else having this problem?

By searching the Internet, finally found a solution. It's too late for the last purchase I made, but everything is set up now for future purchases. They do make it hard to find out how to change this though!!
