Could One Person Pleeeeeez Answer my PayPal Shipping Question LOL

Reference my earlier post, I would really appreciate it if one person could let me know if the problem is with my computer or is PayPal shipping down  (surely I'm not the only person who sold something today).   I went to the American boards and no one's talking about t there.
