Credit card payment

Hi, I normally pay Paypal for purchases, and just bought a pair of shoes from a seller.   They accept credit card payment only, and they have tried twice to invoice my purchase, but it seems that when I select the pay it now option, it brings me to my info to validate, the checkout:review order.  My adress is good, but there is nothing to the right, in the pay with space. 

If I click on Continue to PayPal to review payment options Continue Continue, it brings me an error message:

Sorry, we had a temporary technical issue, but we're back. Please continue with your checkout.

My credit card info in Paypal seem pretty accurate, I made purchases using Paypal this week.

PP ( PayPal ) does have these issues at time and I have found that by deleting your "cache and cookies" and restart your computer and try it again paying (NOTE: you will need to select the payment with CC (Credit Card) option.

If no help then log into your PP account and click on "Send Money" tab and select "Pay for ebay item/s."
