I have a $40. credit returned to my Paypal account. How is this credit used by Paypal, and how do know they reduce the cost of my next purchase from EBay?
Hi.. When paying , PP defaults balance first so it should be applied to purchase or , if you have a bank account added , can withdraw to bank at a 50 cent cost.
