Customer Service line is down?

Does anybody else think it's odd that the customer service line is being upgraded during their call hours? Can't even call customer service.

I agree that it seems ill-timed and somewhat suspicious. Mind you, any time of the day is prime business hours at some point at some place in the world. Is there a weather event that could be disrupting service? Most of those calls are routed to The Philippines.
