Dashboard Disaster?

Has anyone else noticed significant changes in their Dashboard today?

I'm not referring specifically to the removal of the "Compliance" section as reported by Pierre today under the following topic, but other items on the Dashboard that have gone or suddenly changed.

Pierre's post of today: http://community.ebay.ca/t5/Seller-Central/eBay-Eliminates-Policy-Compliance-Feature-in-Seller-Dashb...

Today my "Account" tab has disappeared.  Also my "Status" information is completely mixed up: one screen seems to contradict the other when I click on the "Status" button -- on one, I'm rated as "Standard", on another "Top Rated".  One indicates "No Discount", the other shows the discount as usual.  Anyone else seeing similar issues?

I'm assuming that eBay has broken another thing that was otherwise working fine (the Dashboard), when it removed the Policy Compliance tab across its sites.

The removal itself is another subject - it's now possible for a big boot to arbitrarily come down on a seller without any warning at all.  Not a happy situation to contemplate...

Which site are you at this on?  .ca and .com are different.

Dashboard Disaster?

Hi - I'm on .ca, which is where I access my Dashboard.  I'm getting a bit concerned about this, because so far I see no other reports of similar issues.  Whatever the actual cause, it happened just yesterday, after eBay apparently removed the Policy Compliance link across its sites.

I'll have to check with the 'Pinks' tomorrow, since my Dashboard hasn't returned to its previous state yet.

Have you checked with a different browser?

Yes, I've checked with Explorer (version 10.0.9, or whatever the most recent one is -- I have it on auto-update), as well as Google Chrome, and I get the same result.

As I said, this just suddenly happened yesterday, and I expect it's connected with the "Policy Compliance" removal, but exactly how it might be connected is beyond my ken.

I really don't want to be the only person reporting this weird glitch to the 'Pinks' tomorrow.  I'm hoping someone else will have seen the same or similar problem with their Dashboard and mention it here.

If nothing else, I'm hoping one of the 'Pinks' will be able to look at my Dashboard and see what I see?  Maybe you would know Pierre whether they have this ability.

I checked my Dashboard both eBay.ca and eBay.com using Firefox and everything is fine.

From the many technical problems on eBay, many seem to be browser related and Firefox seems to be the browser of preference on eBay.

Pierre, I also just discovered that all of my account information is also missing, not just the button on the Dashboard.

If this is a browser-related problem, why has eBay worked flawlessly using Explorer up until a few weeks ago, and been particularly full of issues in the past 2 or 3 weeks?

I will try Firefox, but I think the problems are much deeper than browser incompatibility.  In my opinion they've mucked about and fiddled with the site until they finally broke it.

I have one account with a messed up dashboard and the otherrs fine.  I think the "no discount" its now displaying is reflecting on the currency account I don't use

Thanks 'toby' -- well, at least I know I'm not just dreaming or doing something wrong at my end.

I'll bring this up at tomorrow's open board and see what I get in response.
