I agree. Try again... perhaps you got a careless rep assigned to your first email. Make sure you block the buyer as well, in case they try and re-buy the item to screw you again, before their account gets NARUd. Don't worry, it'll get NARUd, it's just a matter of when. Also, try the PowerSeller support form, they can also look into NARUing the account, and usually respond to complaints within a few hours. Finally, leave negative feedback (right now). Don't wait, do it now. They can't "get you back" unless they do it before they get NARUd, and it's unlikely the person using the account is actually even going to bother to check up on it. If they DO neg you, it'll be removed when the account gets NARUd. A negative (and nothing else on their feedback profile) will look really bad when their account gets looked at. Good luck!
