A detailed description of the migration tool failure.

[1] Go to ebay.promotionexpert.com/ migrationtool/

[2] on the drop down list select “active”

[3] 38 items are presented from my shop that are in USD and non compliant

[4] choose “Select all” button top left and select “move to Ebay.com” button at bottom

[5] everything comes to a screeching halt as you get the message “0 items selected”

And you can do nothing more.

WHY ARE YOU PEOPLE IGNORING THIS?

Promises by ebay staff that the problem would be fixed in 24 hours--didn't happen.

Other complaints by other Ebay Canada shop owners appear to have been ignored.

My prior message to Raphael on this--no answer.
