Your Items Purchased account has a drop down menu that allows you to choose how much of your purchase history you want to see.
The default is Current Month.
Change it to 30 Days.

Internet purchasing is mail order and those probable dates are 'optimistic'.
If you ordered from Europe or North America, it's a little late, but not awful
If you ordered from Asia, allow another 10 days or so.
And remember, your order was in transit over the Labour Day weekend. (September 4 to 7)
Use Contact Seller to ask the date of shipping, the service used and the tracking number.
(The tracking number is not actually useful to you, but it is very important to the seller. Many sellers, however, do not use expensive tracking on inexpensive items.)
If the seller does not give a reasonable response*, go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received Dispute.
The first step is to contact the seller, which you have already done.
Go to Step Two and escalate to a Claim.
If the seller cannot prove delivery, he will be required to refund* you.
If he does not do this promptly, PP /eBay will and go after him for their money.
*and an offer of a replacement is not a reasonable response, it is a scam.
