Difficult seller

I did not receive an item.  the seller is giving me a hard time. She is insistent that I picked it up but nothing was picked up half of the order was delivered to my home and I repeat half the order only.

File a claim with PayPal for goods not received.

IF there was a tracking number and HALF the order was recieved.then the buyer would be better off with an Item Not As Described dispute.

If the item was delivered through the GSP, it will not be necessary to return anything as Pitney Bowes doesn't seem to want assorted unwanted and imperfect stuff cluttering up their Kentucky plant.
