How can you file anINR and an Item not described at the same time.
You can then file an INR claim stating that the item was not as described since the location was misrepresented or the shipping method used was incorrect. The INR claim will allow you to receive a refund on your purchase.

To have a NO FVF day unannounced would be thanking sellers for selling on eBay on a given day not just encouraging sellers to list for them to pay for features where eBay does make $$. Elaine

Thanks for your comments about the Bulk Relist feature. Could you be more specific about the challenges that you (or other sellers) are facing with it?

Sorry for the confusion. The best course of action would be to not take receipt of the item at the post office and contact the seller to resolve the problem. If you are not able to resolve the issue with the seller, you can then file an INR claim.

1- system errors (Generated from eBay) cannot process at this time
2- page not responding. This happens so frequently its horrible, and it advises to check the announcement board and live help regarding this is actually quote useless.

Also I must say that the 10 cent only days for Canadians are worthwhile however when they are offered to everyone else at the same time they are a waste of time as stated the site gets swamped.

Thanks for the additional information about the problems with bulk relists. I will pass it on to our QA team.
When you have the issue again, please feel free to e-mail Vaughan at vaughan@ebay.com with any details you can provide.

The issue with the bulk relist (post #47) will be reviewed by our developers. Just a reminder for those who use bulk relist --- items to be bulk relist must be from the same site (example: original .COM listing + .CA = error message)
A follow up posting will be made on this thread when the issue has been resolved.
Regards,
Totsuka

It might be too late but I'd like to know why .com gets more workshops then .ca does? Is there any way to either integrate or at the very least promote the .com ones on .ca? Some stuff is specific to Americans and may not apply to Canadians but much of it is for all eBayers in general. How to create better listings, effective titles, staying safe etc.
Our Workshop board is kinda dead. It'd be very beneficial for Canadians who don't venture into the .com site boards to see what goes on over there. Many of our folks can benefit from that knowledge. How about some links to the .com Workshops going on or even the .com Workshop board?
I think that would be of immense value to sellers.
Vaughan, sorry I missed you at eBay U. 😞 I was looking for you to say hi and thanks but missed you. See you at eBay Live! :^O Vegas Baby Yeah!!
