I listed an item with a reserve and did not get it. Then I offered a 2nd chance offer to high bidder. After sending scans of the item to bidder he accepted and paid. The ebay ad stated "Due to nature of product all sales final" "Make queries prior to bidding". Then 26 days later he filed "item not as advertised". I was out of the country for 5 weeks and responded upon my return. This item did not have any bent corners and was in pristine condition. He has sent me photos of the item he claims I sent him but it has a bent corner. The ebay ad shows no bent corner as does my scans. I have 100% positive feedback and do not want it ruined by a false claim. He is polite when responding through ebay but offensive in direct emails to me. He suggests that I either refund him the total of $40.00 or supply him with some more merchandise. What would you do?

I'd ask him to return the item(s) and give him a full refund.
