Do usps provide tracking number for first class international mail?

I am looking for a quick answer do usps provide a tracking number for first class international shipping?
From what i understood is that they do but it's only accurate during the time the shipment is handled in the US.
Can someone clarify this to me once and for all.

I believe that the USPS provides tracking numbers on first class international however you are asking on the Canadian eBay site it would probably be better to ask on the USA eBay site.

Most Canadians don't ship by USPS

First class international package only has delivery confirmation to specific countries. They do add countries to the list so I'm not sure if this is the most recent one.
