I recently had a buyer open up a dispute for a very minor oversight where they should have contacted the seller (myself) for a quick solution. However, they opened up a dispute instead. To save my ratings, I had no issue simply agreeing and refunding a few dollars.
I have not sold anything in 2 days. Typically I will sell a few items a day. Has this affected my best match placing?
