Does anyone know when the track packet will be corrected!

I have tried numberous times to ship via this new track packet and everytime get the message that I have entered invalid shipping method.....Ebay.ca messaged that the problem had been corrected and still nothing.  I am doing something wrong?  Can anyone help me with this problem.

It is working but it seems to be very glitchy. When you get that message get out of that transaction by going to the overview on your paypal account and then try to do the label again.
