OK, I capitulate!

3 more paypal claims this morning from Italy (4 weeks and no delivery). Can someone translate the following into Italian for me (for me to post on my listings)?

"I am very sorry but regret that I no longer ship to Italy"

Or something similar...

Both are easy to use. Occasionally they miss the mark by translating too literally but they usually work well enough to get by.

I use babelfish for languages I don't speak but, having tested the site with French and German (both of which I am fluent in) I cringe at the hilarious translations it sometimes generates.

The chargebacks are not the problem. I refund voluntarily and CP pays me back. I have not lost a cent due to non-delivery in over 1,200 transactions last year.

It's just that every time there is a paypal claim filed, paypal server #161 (or whatever) logs this.

You have no idea what sort of algorithms ebay and paypal run on their servers. I do and it's quite worrisome to think that, one day, your paypal account could be "restricted" and all you did was dutifully mail out your packages.

google translate sucks, unless you use it for single words and even still...
to say

in italian should be something like:
"scusi ma io non fare spedizione di oggetti all' Italia piu"
