The thing i am worried about is he wants an interac E Transfer.

AMEX is the only payment method stated on the listing page, unless I'm missing something here.

Interac eTransfers are not an eBay approved payment method.

98.2% positive feedback is a bit low for my liking.

It could be legit...quite a few have been sold since July but since the listing is private, there is no way of seeing what sort of feedback has been received for that particular item.

As Marnotom mentioned, interact e transfer is not approved by ebay so doesn't have any buyer protection. The seller sounds a bit sketchy to me so it's unlikely that I would buy from them but you're the one who has to decide if you want to take a chance. Everything could work out fine..or not.
