after "chatting" with 2 ebay helpers, I am now told that the ebay Picture service is experiencing technical difficulties. I have had to switch to the basic service which I do not like but it is the only way for me to continue with my listings.
I just wished that Ebay would tell you up front that they are having a problem instead of me wasting 1 hr trying to get the problem resolved.
Sorry I am venting....

Ebay, have a problem.... don't think it has ever happened has it? Must be something wrong with your ISP. Ebay never has a problem.

eBay doesnt have a problem, it is a problem.

The biggest problem being that they DONT communicate with anyone.

They are aware of problems, technical and otherwise and dont send emails, dont post on notice boards NOTHING, DANADDA, ZERO, BLANKO, ZIP!!!!

So sad to live in this high tech world trading on a high tech site and they cant even send out emails advising of technical problems.

I guess its that old theory, if you dont talk about your problems, maybe no one will know you have problems and by the time they find out about your problems, the problems have all gone away.

Ebay does communicate. I was on the US PS site and saw a post by a pink from collections that reminded powersellers to make sure their account was all paid up so they would not have problems over the christmas season. hehe

Now isn't that good of them to remind us of that?

I used to live on the US PS site. I havent been there in over 3 months and dont miss it one bit as I am able to get so much more done.

The Pinks do patrol the US PS Board once in a while and there are alot of threads that get pulled for violations of rules.

But you are quite correct about the infrequent messages and the types they will send us being Pay Pay Pay eBay!

Especially nice for them to throw in that Christmas Season bit too, makes me feel warm and toasty inside knowing we are thought of during the upcoming festive season.
