NOT HAPPY WITH EBAY RESTRICTION POLICY ,,I SPEND OVER 1000$ TO 2000$ ON ITEMS EVERY MONTH FOR PAST FEW YEARS I PAY PROMPTLY WHEN INVOICE COMES IN ,THIS MONTH I MADE MANY PURCHASES AND CONTACTED ALL THE SELLERS TO INFORM THEM THAT I WAS STILL BIDDING ON ITEMS AND TO HOLD OF ON INVOICE UNTIL I WAS DONE ,ALL RESPONSES POSITIVE NO PROBS ,,,AND WHEN I WAS DONE I PAID INVOICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OR SOONER ,I MISSED CONTACTING ONE SELLER ON MY LIST DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAD NUMEROUS PURCHASES THIS MONTH AND MISSED CONTACTING THEM,I STILL HAD BIDS ON HIS LISTING BUT HE OPENED AN UNPAID DISPUTE AGAINST ME WITHOUT EVEN CONTACTING ME BEFORE HAND TO ASK IF THERE WAS ANY PROBLEM,AS SOON AS I SAW THE DISPUTE I CONTACTED HIM AND WE WORKED THINGS OUT WITH NO PROBLEMSI TOLD HIM I WAS STILL BIDDING ON HIS ITEMS AND WOULD PAY PROMTLYL WHEN I WAS DONE ,BUT THEN EBAY STEPS IN AND FREEZES MY ACCOUNT , SO I CONTACTED THEM AND NOW THEY TELL ME THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO LIFT THE BAN FOR 7 DAYS ,,TO ME THIS IS UNFAIR AND UNJUST ,I HAVE OVER 1000$ IN BIDS COMING UP THAT I WILL NOW LOSE OUT ON AND THIS MEANS NOTHING TO EBAY ,,THIS PAST MONTH IVE PURCHASED CLOSE TO 2000$ AND STILL THIS MEANS NOTHING TO EBAY,THEY NEED TO WAKE UP AND START RESPECTING GOOD CLIENTS ,YOU CANT TELL ME THAT THEY CANT LIFT THIS BAN THEY SAY THEY TRY AND MAKE OUR EBAY EXPERIENCE A GOOD TIME BUT THEN DO EVERYTHING TO MAKE IT AN UNPLEASANT AS POSSIBLE FRUSTRATION ,JUST TO SAY I HAVE MET A LOT OF GREAT PEOPLE HERE AND FOR MOST PART ITS BEEN GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ALL OF THEM BUT IT WOULD BE MORE PLEASURABLE NOW HERES THE CATCH 22 IT WOULD BE MORE PLEASURABLE IF IT WASNT FOR EBAY ITSELF STEPPING IN AND OVER CONTROLLING WHAT SHOULD BE A GOOD THING,ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS LOOK AT THE EMAIL BETWEEN ME AND THE SELLER AND SEE THAT IT WAS WORKED OUT BETWEEN THE 2 OF US SO WHY INTERVENE AND CAUSE PROBLEMS ??? ME AND THE SELLER HAVE NO PROBLEMS SO WHY CREATE ONE ???I JUST DONT GET IT,,,,FRUSTRATED

eBay has a system for non-payment. If a seller opens a non-payment dispute it is best to PAY for which closes the dispute. You can add a note asking for the seller to ship all items together.

It seems likely that eBay put together 'thousands dollars of bids' with 'Unpaid Item Dispute' and out popped 'Thrill Bidder'.
As a seller, I would be glad of such a policy, stopping crazy kids and the mentally unstable from disrupting my sales, even if the occasional bidder is inconvenienced.
