EBAY postage calculator does not

Our postman just dropped bunch of bills this morning, he must have not been informed that our postal code is no longer valid - according to Ebay's poopware 🙂
work on large items, even though they are well within the Australia Post thresholds. I have contacted Ebay at least 5 times over the past year about their technical error. After a painful and protracted discussion whereby I have to prove that I am using the tool correctly, they finally acknowledge the error is with them. Then they promptly advise they are referring the error to their “technical” team. I don’t know how many more times they are going to refer this problem to their technical team to be ignored. What is most irritating is this would be the simplest of fixes. But thank heavens that Ebay constantly sends me tips on how to improve my selling performance, I would have thought getting the postage calculator working properly would be right up there on the list…. But what would I know
