I had ebay remove feedback that I left for a ebayer that would not contact me for an item I purchased 17 Feb. I contacted him twice. He did contact me the 1st time. He stated he would check on his end and through his sources and get back to me. I waited a week with no response from him. I sent him another email letting him know that I felt I had been very patient, I had not waited to pay him for my purchase, and I want to hear for him or I was going to open a case. I waited several days with no response from him. I opened a case. Ebay asked that I wait until Thursday to take it further, which I did. Ebay refunded me. I left negative feedback for him. I received an email this morning stating they removed the feedback for this ebayer. I am very confused as to why???? I did not use any vulgarity, I was honest in my feedback.
I have attached the emails between the ebayer and myself including the dates.. Unfortunately since ebay removed the feedback I cannot give you a copy of that. I did state in my feedback that I had contacted seller twice. I had to open a case. Run away as fast as possible. Or something close to that. Needless to say, I wasn't very pleased with him!!!

So you paid on February 17.
Possibly due to a family emergency, the seller did not ship immediately.
You were given a tracking number, which may have been only a Delivery Confirmation number. Did you check the Royal Mail website for the status of the item?
DC items usually note that a parcel has been mailed and also that the parcel has arrived at Customs in the destination country. But not always.
You opened a Dispute between Feb 28 and March 8.
Ten days after purchase seems early even 18 days is pretty fast on the draw, especially since the seller had responded and given a 'tracking' number.
I'm surprised that PP allowed so little time for international delivery.
The feedback may have been removed if you mentioned the dispute.
When the item arrives, you cannot ethically keep it. You can repay the seller through PP's Send Money option.

You left negative feedback less than 30 days after end of sale on an international transaction? That doesn't sound very reasonable to me. You have up to 60 days to leave feedback so there is no rush to leave it.
By the way, you're in the US and the seller is in the UK. Why are you posting on ebay Canada?
