I'm having an issue with a seller, hoping someone can help me out. I recently bought a pair of size small pants. The listing title says small and the description says small 33" inseam. I was sent a medium with a 30" inseam. I politely msgd the seller and she apologized for her mistake. The next day she msgd me to say she didnt make a mistake and to send her a pic of the inseam with a measuring tape. Fine, I did that. Now she's claiming she didnt get the pic and that her paypal receipt says medium and thats what I bought and paid for. The listing I clicked clearly says small, its in my purchase history yet she's claiming that becuz paypal says medium that I'm in the wrong. Idk what to do, I didnt buy it now on paypal, I bought it on ebay. What do I do? I wanna get a refund and be done with her but to ship it back will cost more than the item. Who covers shipping on her mistake? I feel like Im being screwed and all I did was buy and pay for a pair of pants.

Stop talking to her.
File an Item Not As Described dispute with eBay/Paypal - under Help and Contact's dropdown menu--> Resolution Centre.
You will be required to return the item, with Confirmation of Delivery, to the seller. You will not be reimbursed for the return postage.
If she is smart, she will refund you in full as soon as she gets the item back. If she does not, escalate the Dispute to a Claim. Paypal will refund your original payment and go after her for their money. In addition to a the loss of money, she will have a violation on her selling account, she may find her listing fees rise , and it may be more difficult for her to list and sell on eBay in future.
EBay is the venue where you make purchases. Paypal is the mediator between buyer and seller processing payments. They work together.
PP works with many other businesses. In fact, I have used it to send money to family for gifts, so it can be used personally.
