Is this a legitamate email adress from ebay that when I went to reply this was in the reply line?The email is not addressed to me but my user id yet shows my registered name?Confused..can someone assist me please.PS.I have no live help icon on my site?

If it is legitimate than it will be in your My Messages folder in My eBay.

You can also forward it to spoof@ebay.com and they will let you know if it is fake.

I have no Live Help icon on my site either. I have to go to the eBay home page to access it. I have no idea if it is supposed to show up in My eBay or not.

I believe it's only on the Home Page and I do know that the Canadian Live Help has limited hours. The US one is 24/7.
