Feedback and invalid contact into

Quick qn. I had a buyer with invalid contact info leave me a negative feedback. I reported this to ebay almost 2 weeks ago and the bidder has now (about 8 days ago) been switched to not registered. As per ebay policy the feedback should have been removed. Shouldn't they have sorted this out by now...I'm listing under my other account until this gets sorted out as I don't like have a 99.2 rating to list.

email eBay again, and after waiting for 2-days, email them again etc etc until it has been cleared.

You have to actually go to the feedback removal page and file to have it removed. It won't happen automatically, otherwise you'd never see NARU users with feedback on anyone's profile. Here's the form:
