What is going on with ebay sellers and these garbage feedback scores? Every score i see now is under 99% and i refuse to gamble my money away hoping i dont get screwed. I think ebay needs to start deleting accounts that drop below 99.4% maybe give sellers incentive to start treating us buyers with some respect. Nothing is done about it and when it gets to bad the seller closes the account and makes a new one. Just tired of it and have starting using other sites now

Maybe you are looking at the wrong sellers!  I have been sticking at 100% rating for sixteen years, so are many other eBay sellers.

Or are you looking at overseas (China) sellers selling "cheap" stuff?

Looking at your feedback record, I see you have received and given slightly more than two hundred positive feedbacks in almost ten years.  Obviously you must have been pretty satisfied with the overall quality of products and service you received from eBay sellers.
