Just a simple little question for the few Canadian PS's that are here. I frequent both the dot com and dot ca boards. I have come to the conclusion that sometimes I need a break from the bickering that goes on at dot com and come here for peace and quiet. So far this board has been a real pleasure to read and helpful. Don't get me wrong I do appreciate the dot com board at times as it can be very informative but there are limits to how far people should go with the bickering. In the long run I am hoping this board does not go by the wayside as the other board seems to do at times. I am also hoping this board grows in size eventually. So I guess my question is, how do you feel about this. Please remember I am not putting the Americans down. I'll be interested in knowing your feelings.

Glenda - Lisa has moved a mountain as far as I'm concerned. I was in there like flynn today too, I'm ashamed to say but it's so hard to ignore someone who's spewing garbage when they are so obviously ignorant. It's next to impossible.

But, I feel a little guilty jumping on him. It's like tormenting a puppy for heaven's sake. He spews his carp, then when he is challenged, he goes real quiet and then I feel sorry for him.

But, he did make a statement this afternoon in one of the threads about 'loving to stir the soup'. So, I'm fairly sure he's doing it just to get a rise out of us Canucks. And, that makes me care a little less. What do you think???

That "salt in the soup" crack took away any last bit of pity I had for the poor SOB. But I have wasted my last bit of bitternes on him. I have said my piece and I think WE have made progress. It was not just me. I feel it was a group effort with me writing some direct indisputable copy - but coming back here several times for ammo and support.

There have been other protracted battles with FTD - one with Eclectic-Dealer Paula for one that was really awful. It started before I even became a power seller but I read about it because it got dragged out every once in a while and someone would ask about the details and someone else would spill. I can't even remember what it was about.

Point is, this dude is like a cancer that goes into remission but then comes out every once in a while. I bet there is a personality profile about it somewhere.

I'm glad most of us and the .com crowd are pleasant, fun and intelligent beings.

Re the live dot com cancer - if I didn't know better, I'd say he behaves like someone who is overweight, wifeless, childless, friendless and clueless. Now - if he is none of these things then he should come out punching. But....I doubt that this is a happy, handsome, educated, man about town. Nobody with a life could be that miserable....not to mention completely devoid of conscience. The only female he has any empathy for is the boob job chick. Well, at least that just verifies that he's male. Not much else.

But you're right. The fight is over. I'm not wasting anymore couth and energy on hot air.

Jackie and Lisa, you've both done yeoman duty, along with a few others, on the jerk, but do you really think he's of legal eBay age? He strikes me as being an underage moron! Jackie, you don't have to apologize for sticking up for yourself and your country-men! I'm sure he'll be back with some "clever" name for either us Canuckians or other international users but your observations match mine - he does go real quiet when challenged.

Anyhow, if anyone here is coming to "on the road" in Victoria, I'm really looking forward to meeting you! I think we can make it a lot of fun!!

I hope you can tolerate a "man" HA! and his great wife joining you at live. I am trying to plan a family vacation around live. Certainly would be nice to meet my fellow FTD camaraderies. Really hope I can work it into the plans. Sounds like a blast.

And Lisa you did great with your stand against FTD. He certainly met his match today. Congrats to you.

Hi Don, Lisa, Glenda, Karen and anyone else I may have forgotten. We drove for 15 hours to have a 4 hour party and a 6 hour sleep. Too exhausted for funny stuff tonight :)))

Don - It was actually a great time. Just a get-together with my family. Two of us are out-of-towners to where mt parents live and my sister has a huge house that accomodates us all as a group. It was great to see everyone and we ate like pigs but it is an awful long ride from Quebec City to Kingston for a party.

Think I'll just veg out today with the exception of shipping. Our weather is so great. Hope yours is too!!
