Will I be charged a monthly fee for being a seller on Ebay even if I'm not selling anything?

No you will not, you will be charged fees if you subscribe to any of these Subscriptions.

I should also add...if you list something and it does not sell then you will be charged a Insertion Fee and any Optional feature fees that you used to list.

There is a monthly fee if you open a Store, even if there are no products listed in it.

But Stores are for experienced sellers with at least 54 unique items on offer. Not a concern for you yet.

I am being charged $1.50 per month although I am not selling anything, do not have a store and paid all associated seller fees and listing fees for the items I had listed 3 months ago - there now seems to be a recurring invoice for $1.50 that makes no sense.. any ideas?

thanks
