I breed rare, heritage and unusual breeds of poultry in Canada. I ship them by Canada Post (within Canada only) according to their guidelines. My question is... am I allowed to sell fertile chicken eggs on eBay? I am aware that eBay says there are restrictions, but I can't find any further information (although that could be because I'm on dial-up and it's difficult to search everything.)
Thanks for your assistance!

I am already aware of that linked page but sorry the page just doesn't answer my question. Firstly, I am not looking for info on wildlife. Secondly, as I indicated in my original post I already know that selling fertile hatching eggs (poultry) is "restricted" but I still don't know IF I am allowed to sell them on here. As far as I am aware there are no restrictions from me selling fertile hatching eggs within Canada outside of the eBay world; therefore I feel that I should be able to sell then on eBay. I am asking those who actually know the answer (rather than referring me to the page that confuses me and does NOT answer the question) "Am I allowed to sell fertile poultry hatching eggs in Canada on eBay Canada." If not, what are the specific restrictions that don't allow me to do so?
Thanks for trying though!
