Just checked my invoice and am being charged fvf on shipping for each item when 5 items sold to one person and I could ship at reduced rate within Canada and U.S.
How do I get a refund on these crazy charges...charged .90 x 5 instead of just .90
It is very frustrating to say the least.I quoted just one instance...I have perhaps 20 times this was done to me.
Who do I contact or how do I resolve this issue.?
