Does anybody know if there is anything I can do at all to report a fraudulent buyer even after the 45 days. I found the buyer that screwed me over, he's selling the same item under a new name, and his old account is now deleted.
I'm really **bleep** at ebay and paypal for this. I never knew of the 45 days. Usually I wouldn't have even taken 20 days for this to be reported but I've been ridiculously busy and family has been in the hospital.

I totally appreciate the info regarding using a credit card.
The bank option give you the "Pay after Delivery".
Whereas the Credit Card option through pay pal charges instantly.
It's my fault I waited past 45 days and charged to my bank account.
Lesson learned.
Seller is
DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

China......
I told myself i will never buy clothing from China again in my life time.....they advertize some sizes and it is always too small. It is a fact that if you want to return item, even if it's the seller's mistake, you have to pay to send it back, and I understand and accept that it is that way, because no one would sell on e-bay if not (a nightmare for sellers having to pay return fees for no valid reasons).
Anyways, back to China.... Like I said, i will never buy clithing from China ever (and i am sure i am not the only one). So bought a month ago a sweather for my wife, item shipping from London, Ont.... Usualy would only take a couple of days to arrive, after 2 weeks i check tracking and item was shipped from CHINA..... Opened case with PP for unreceived item syaing that item was supposed to ship from Canada, seller basically said, oops, we made a mistake. Item finaly arrived today and size is fortunately good, so i had to close PP claim.
But is there something or a complaint we can do to report that seller ? Cause I see that seller has some listing showing shipping from London, Ont still and others from Shanghai
If seller was honnest, i think he would have changed all his others listing to put them shipping from china, but I think he really tries to sell more with a wrongfull location.

I would never buy or list a clothing item without having its dimensions stated in the listing in both metric and imperial measurements. Simply stating that an article of clothing is "large" or "extra small" is simply too vague.

Oh, there are some listings (lots of them) from China that list the sizes in inches and cm, and still they are not accurate (Seen them, bought them), so even with those measurements it is NOT a garantee, to me they are as trustworthy as small or XL, it basically all comes down that when you buy from China you get what you pay for, and if item is not accurate it is more expensive to try and send it back to get your money, so yeah, avoid Chinese listings altogether
