So, I have an odd one here.
I ordered a lot of 8 ThinkPads, and from what I recall, seller was registered as part of GSP. Tracking was provided, and shows delivery to Erlanger, KY. However, anytime I click on tracking, it only gives me the USPS Tracking from the seller to Pitney Bowes and says: We're unable to show the shipping status at this time. Please try again later.
When I check the listing, it suddenly shows that: May not ship to Canada - Read item description or contact sellerfor shipping options.
I tried calling Pitney Bowes today but all agents were busy.
Normally when I order somethings that uses GSP, the original tracking number will show briefly but is replaced by a UPAA GSP tracking number.
Has anyone heard of glitches like this? I'm hoping the packages aren't just disposed of since the system hasn't created a UPAA tracking and are "out of sync" wit the system. It's not like a regular mail forwarder where they hold it for you.

Is this any help?
Another member posted it a month or two ago, and I copied it.
TRACKING SYSTEM FOR GSP
It's not user friendly... But I found how to track your package via the global shipping program, once it gets to Canada you need to:
- Log on to eBay.ca
- Under the My eBay menu select Purchase History
- Under your orders find the specific order. It should have something like the following:
Estimated delivery Mon, Jan 11 - Thu, Jan 21
Tracking number: Tracking number UPAAB000000#########
- Click on the UPA number. This should open up a Shipment Details window, which should contain something like this:
This shipment has been transferred to CPC for delivery to the final destination # 70351#########
-Click on the Canada Post number to see where the Canada Post Tracking history and expected delivery

Sadly no, in my eBay it only lists the USPS #, as if it's not a GSP purchase.
Did Pitney-Bowes charge you for this purchase?

The GSP tracking system is notoriously hit and miss. Tracking is not a problem from the seller to the Kentucky hub. What happens after is sometimes (often?) a problem. Ebay/PB really shouldn't promise end-to-end tracking if they can't deliver. All that does is that it needlessly worries buyers.
Forget tracking and just keep an eye on the last delivery date shown on the listing page. If that date passes without your package having arrived, or if it keeps getting pushed back, open an Item Not Received case. That is the only way for you to get all of your money refunded, including the portion of your payment that went to Pitney Bowes.
If your item arrives after your refund, it will be a free item because the GSP does not support returns and the seller has been paid.
But hopefully it won't come to that. Hopefully this is nothing more than yet another case of the GSP untracked tracking at work.
Despite the lack of tracking and the weird status change from GSP shipping to "May not ship to Canada", just keep in mind that you are covered by eBay/Paypal's buyer protection and as a last safeguard, you have your credit card issuer's protection (assuming you funded your PP payment with a credit card.)

I messaged the seller for some more info. I recall somewhere on the forums possibly a few years ago someone had a similar issue where the seller opted out of the GSP and weird things happened.
I was charged import fees etch.
Normally when an item arrives at Erlanger, you get an email but no such email has come. Its been almost a week at Erlanger. 😞

So I finally got an update however PBI sent me this note:
-----
Dear David,
We are writing to inform you that your GSP order is currently under customs-related review and may experience a delay of 3-5 business days.
-----
At least they have the order and it looks as if things are progressing.

Just a note-- you are aware that the GSP is not set up for business to business transactions, right?
PBI is the importer of record and also technically pays the GST and duty on those laptops. So you don't get the tax credits.
