Global shipping program, no tracking # from eBay center and never received item?

I purchased an item that was shipped through the global shipping program, tracking # from seller says it was delivered to shipping center but no further tracking number came from eBay and I did not receive item. Anyone experienced this?

I realize this post is a few months old.  I have the exact same scenario.

Same thing here...my parcel has disappeared acording to them.  .This global shipping and the tracking numbers are just a money grab for somebody as Canada customs only puts customs due on about 1/4 of the parcels. this program makes you pay on ALL items ordered!
