😞
A buyer left a Negative feedback to me by mistake.
He has even send me a message said that was his mistake, would try to reslove that.
But the buyer has never taken any action on the Feedback revision request that I sent to him. Then the request was expired.
I tried to call customer support to get help. They told me they could only remove it when the buy making the phone call to them. Which need me to message him as many times as I could try to get his respon. In this case, I have already messaged him 100 times.
Now I feel really really unfair and upset, trying my best to maintain a top rate seller and a powerseller with 100% Positive Feedback rate.
It's like I got hit-n-run by some careless driver, then ebay as the Police side could not help me at all but keep asking me to get the guy to turn in himself, which the guy is in the other side of the world with the possibility to has no access to internet anymore.
It's just extremely agonising thing that the Feedback revision request only could be sent once not as many time as the seller want, it's just a shortcoming of ebay system, then a great seller who pays the money to ebay every month would be punished by others fault. Just like the police said that you need to catch the guy who bump your car, otherwise we could not help you as all, that's just a big joke for me.
Please please try to help me out!!

Check the buyers feedback left for other and you will see they have left numerous negative feedback. Call eBay and tell eBay that the buyer is a bad buyer hurting many sellers needlessly.
A buyer leaving 7 negative feedback out of 14 is not normal.
It was deliberate and not a mistake by this buyer.
The buyer is in Qatar so they are not going to call eBay for you.

Looking again at the last 3 feedback left (all negative), maybe the buyer made a mistake. Rally hard to tell. I think there is a language problem perhaps.
Still 7 negatives left out of 14 is a lot. No normal.
When you called eBay, did you tell them that there was a lot of negatives left by this buyer?

There is a link to "report a buyer" on your seller dashboard page. I would use that and phone ebay.

Look at the feedback left by the buyer. He has left numerous "accidental" negative feedback. Call back eBay and inform them that the buyer is doing it on a constant basis and maybe that will change their minds.
Goodluck!

I clicked on "report a buyer" , then it's
"Here's some information that might help
Transaction_ItemPicker"
it's like page error from ebay that could not find any Buyer Reporting topic. Upset again!!
Still trying to message the buyer again and again, and I would call ebay again for sure!!
Thanks everybody!!
