Keep in mind that any online 'authenticator' will be looking a photos.
Details like the different handfeel of leather and plastic will be missing.
A real expert would not offer any sort of authentication without actually seeing the item.
And if you want a written appraisal, you should be prepared to pay for it.
At best, an online appraisal can spot a fake, even quite a good one if the appraiser has seen that fake before.

What is your real question?
Did you buy a Gucci bag that you believe to be fake?
You have a limited time to return the bag for a full refund. (If your seller says she does not accept returns, too bad for her. The eBay and Paypal agreements she signed trump her wishes.)
You can open an Item Not As Described dispute within 30 days of delivery. The seller will be required to send you a Return Shipping Label.*
If that deadline has passed, go instead to Paypal. The Resolution Centre is hidden under Tools at the top of your account page.

The easy way is to check the Gucci site.

And of course there are the usual clues: leather? stitching? tags and registration numbers? measurements? Made in Italy or Vietnam?
If you are in doubt, do NOT list the bag, even if you do not mention the brand, and do NOT say you are unsure of authenticity. Not only are you likely to have the listing shut down, your entire selling account may be closed.
*Which is impossible if she is not in Canada. There are workarounds.
