If you did you cannot cancel it you have to get in touch with the seller and see if they will cancel.

They are not obligated to cance.

Hi .. Its there because you purchased a item and haven't paid for it. Sellers incur fees when an item sells here and if not paid then they have a right to recover fee cost from ebay. That's the unpaid process and the dispute showing in your resolution center. Ebay allows 4 days to pay and if you do not , seller closes the dispute , ebay credits fees and assigns a strike against your account. 2 strikes and buying is severely restricted for 12 months.

Buyer's cannot cancel a transaction so never commit without full intention of following through and paying..
