I PAID FOR AN ITEM WHICH WAS REMOVED AND I NEVER GOT A REFUND

CAN YOU ASISST?

THE SELLER IS NO LONGER WITH EBAY..CANNOT CONTACT

I DIDNT REALIZE UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE AS I WAS AWAY.. THUS I GET NO PROTECTION SERVICE

 

THOUGH EBAY KNEW ABOUT THE ITEM BEING REMOVED

I WOULD LIKE A REFUND PLEASE

Depending on the amount of time that has passed, you might have to go to paypal and find the transaction there. They also have a Resolution Centre.

If you paid with paypal then go to paypal, pull up the transaction from your history and file an item-not-received claim.  Deadline is 180 days (6 months) from time of payment.
