favour it is really slow to change and when the rate is in our favour does PayPal change its rate twice a day

Also a while ago I read an answer to a question that read if your eBay currency is U.S. then your primary should be in the U.S. to save Money. It stuck in my brain but only now seems to be  important enough to ask.

Hi .. PayPal receives a wholesale quote from their bank twice daily, adds 2.5% to give the currency retail.

Your PP profile , mymoney..currencies . Should have a US balance open and primary as listings are US dollars.
