Has anyone else ordered from seller? Fraudulent seller?????

Ordered a wedding dress from this seller supposedly in China. Was told by seller it would take 6-8 weeks to deliver. No delivery..money taken. Tried contacting seller numerous times. Filed a dispute with Paypal. They have refused to investigate because it was after 45 days from purchase date. This seller has my money and I have nothing to show for it. Anyone have similar problems??? Any ideas of what to do next?

If more than 45 days have passed eBay and Paypal will not get involved, but all is not lost.

Go to your credit card and call the 1-800 number for Customer Service. Have all your dates, transaction numbers and payments handy for the clerk to process a Chargeback.

FWIW, my late mother was a seamstress. Bring her a Vogue pattern and 20 metres of satin and she would have your first fitting within the week. A finished dress including lace appliques within two weeks.

With 24 selfcovered buttons running down the back.
