I have had an active online store for the past 4 months, the first month was amazing making over 20 sales, but then we started recieving messages from potential international buyers saying that when they go to proceed  to purchase they recieve a message saying that we do not ship to their location, but all of our items are listed as being worldwide, and with multiple options

I contacted ebay and they said it was a technical problem that would sorted out, and that all of my listing where advertised correctly.

But during the past 3 months I have only had 2 sales, and they where to canadian customers.

I continue to recieve messages from international customers trying to make a purchase but are unable.

We even tried changing our settings to free shipping both international and domestic but still only domestic customers could take advantage of this, and the international customers could not complete their purchase, and would then contact us.

We would try and help make the sale by doing it outside of ebay through paypal but due to ebays messaging policy we could not send email address information to complete the sales, thus loosing customers.

In the past 3 month I have probally made atleast 15 telephone calls to ebay to try and resolve this issue. The issue still has not been fixed and nobody seems to pressing the matter.

Some of the reasons the operators believe it to be is that the buyer is entering all of their address details on the one line, but I dont think this is the reason for all of my problems.

Even now with my items if you change the shipping country to another one say being australia it will only give 1 shipping option, when I actually have 3 options, and funny enough its the most expensive, so why would you pay $20 for an item, then $60 for shipping.

They did refund me 1 months listing fees, and opened a case number which still has not been resolved as they said it could take up to 6 months.

Has anyone else ever had a similar problem? Or a similar situation with Canada Post as they are our postal carrier?

As you can tell we no longer make money from having the store and advertsing on it, we would like the issue resolved but dont know what to do, cancel the store or account?

Due to its initial success we have opened up an internet online store that is doing very well, but it does not give us the exposure that ebay does and we would like to return back to how it was in the begining.

Any help, assistance or suggestions wold be greatly appreciatted.
