I am not sure I understand the problem.

When I do a search on eBay.com for VINTAGE RUSSIAN 1958 POSTCARD PC RUSSIA HAPPY NEW YEAR USSR

As you can see, two similar cards, one offered by you in Ukraine, the other by an experienced seller in Bulgaria.  Yet, when you check the description, it appears to me that you have copied the other sellers description except that your price is much lower:

"DEAR BUYERS, WE ARE PLEASED TO OFFER YOU A VINTAGE RUSSIAN POSTCARD PUBLISHED FOR THE NEW YEAR HOLIDAY. AS YOU CAN SEE THE CARD IS USED. IT WAS PUBLISHED BY "MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION" PRINT HOUSE, MOSCOW, 1958. ALL INSCRIPTIONS ARE PRINTED IN RUSSIAN CYRILLIC. THERE IS A SHORT INSCRIPTION ON THE BACK (PEN). THE PAPER IS LIGHT YELLOWED BECAUSE OF THE YEARS. THERE ARE SEVERAL DIRTY SPOTS ON THE BOTH SIDES. THE EDGES ARE DIRTIER AND SOFT FRAYED. THE CORNERS ARE SOFT FRAYED TOO. THE RIGHT TOP CORNER IS LITTLE FOLDED. AS A WHOLE THE CONDITION IS VINTAGE GOOD. THE SIZE IS ABOUT: 14.8CM X 10.5CM."
