Help please!! Buyer will not pay until item shows up in his shopping cart???

I have a buyer whom won an auction from me, but refuses to pay until the item shows up in his shopping cart?? This is a first for me. Is this a common problem? Any help would be appreciated

I'd message your "buyer" that

Closed Auctions can not be added to a cart.

then I'd send them a new eBay invoice

allow then a day or so to pay that,

if that fails then I'd open an Unpaid-Item-Dispute

and put the buyer on my blocked list.

Thanks for that info. I hope this will help the buyer, as I mentioned this is a first for me. I have sent him that link and a new invoice.
