Help with Chargeback Dispute

Hi everyone:
I have been reading this board for months now and apparently most of you have experience with chargebacks. Well, I got my first one today (notification of that there has been one filed, I haven't yet officially lost the money) I need some advice on how to proceed.
Where can I find out WHY it was filed? Both the e-mail notice sent to me and the PAYPAL dispute thread are form style letters, stating possible reasons for the complaint. No where, that I can locate does it actually give me a personal complaint from this particular buyer.
I have all the relevant information....confirmed address, postal receipts, proof that the item arrived....she even left me positive feedback.
Can a chargeback be placed if the item was bought with a fraudelent credit card?
Any help or opinions would be appreciated.
Thanks
Joy

Update: I wrote to the buyer asking what the chargeback was for. I actually didn't expect to get a response but surprise surprise I did! Turns out that she is just an "ignorant" new e-bayer. She had a complaint about the item....it didn't fit and she was sure that I had just "stapled" on the size tag *rolled eyes" Not that she bothered to inform me of her dissatisfaction 2 months ago when she actually received the item. Well, regardless of what her complaint is I have informed her that this is a RETURN matter and not a chargeback. She is still in possession of the goods at this time. I have asked her to reverse the chargeback and to send the item back and I will happily provide her with a refund.
So now we will see what her response to this is. Her own e-mail was a wealth of information and actually gave me alot of statements to fight this with if it comes to that.
Keep your fingers crossed for me and I'll let you know what happens

If you sent it to a confirmed address and have proof of delivery, she will not win the charge-back case unless she has returned it to you with POD. You need to provide PayPal with the POD to dispute the charge-back.

If she did her chargeback through her credit card company instead of PayPal you are SOL regardless of whether or not you shipped to a confirmed address with POD. Your only hope is to provide PayPal with the POD. They will then dispute the charge-back with the credit card company and they may return your money months down the road.

I've had charge-backs in both the above situations and they worked out exactly as stated.

Monique is right, you will NEVER win a chargeback for a "card not presented" transaction.

Depending on PayPal to fight on your behalf....only if you have nothing in your PayPal account, have cancelled the credit card and/or closed the bank accounts that are associated with your PayPal account.
