Help with ebay store settings

Recently opened a store and wondering how to edit the Shipping & Payment field. Had a store years ago and it's using the info. I had set-up back then. Can't seem to find the area in the "manage store" where I can change it.

I realize I could spend an hour on live help but I'd rather not end up banging my head on the table in frustration - any help would be appreciated!

Under the Account tab select Site Preferences. There, you can change the global setting.

At least I think that was your question.

Hi jerseypros,

I've had a store for many years. I'm not exactly sure what you are asking about as you do not control your shipping and payments through your store. That is done globally as Bernie mentioned with Account Tab in your My eBay.

That being said, if you want to customize your end of item/auction e-mails AND your invoice...then you would look under Logos and Branding in MANAGE YOUR STORE.

It's below Item Promotion and above Reports.

If this is not what you are looking for, be more specific and I'll see if I may help you. I know my store inside out as I spend many hours in there!

Promotion boxes can be anything that you want!
I guess Bernie and I just didn't understand what you were looking for because as I mentioned...you can transform a custom promotion box into anything!
