Hi. I'm new at using ebay. How do I pay ebay services when I sold the item listed?

ebay will send you an invoice in the middle or end of the month and you can pay through Paypal.

If you want to pay right away, you can go to your my ebay page, click on account tab and then on seller account. That will tell you what your fees are and there is a link near the bottom of the page that you can click on to pay your fees "as a one time payment' through Paypal.
