How can a seller refuse combined invoice? He made invoices before asked him to was not done. My great deals not now after won & contacted seller said 10 items/ invoice? ? Then charged more than stated for all shipping costs when won bids. Asked ebay to help sent request for combined invoice didn't instead of new rule 10 items put less on invoices, contacted ebay again said willing to pay for shipping costs agreed when l won & combined invoice they contacted seller did not want to change anything seller aid in that case cancel all. Ebay said if seller opens unpaid item case contact them would take care of it. I did but given run around said prior conversation was not recorded told me to tell seller aide l let l am canceling all. Unpaid items case told by eBay if happens don't worry will take care of only to be told prior conversation was not recorded same agent both days telling me total different things to do. Really sellers are now allowed to make up rules, change shipping costs after u win bid that had shipping (all) costs shown when u win bid. I guess if u get a good deal really isn't seller will not combine invoices then say 10 items/ invoice change again to less items charge whatever feels like for shipping All After Won Bid. How about seller not start bid so low if not willing to sell for that recoup by charging g more both in invoices & shipping. Ebay said not to worry if opens unpaid items case for each item let them know will take care of?? Now says no record of conversation a day a part same agent. Now tells me to contact seller & cancel each item what about unpaid item case what about don't worry they will take care of what about helping customer when ask for help instead told many different things. Thought there were laws in place to protect the consumer. Apparently if u win several items your request for combined invoice is ignored just make & brake rules made up as they go along. Very unhappy wanted to pay long ago. Not now & l also seen after the fact same thing done to other customers by same seller?????

You bought 10 items from the same seller.
He billed you for each item and its shipping cost separately.
You are refusing to pay.
EBay told you that if you do not pay, the seller can open Unpaid Item Disputes on each purchase.
Is that what all that lump of text came down to? TL;DR
White space is your friend.
Is your seller in the USA? Is he selling through the Global Shipping Program?
He cannot combine and discount shipping under this program.
Contact the seller and ask for a Mutual Cancellation. If he will send the request to you, agree immediately.
You are now free of the transaction.
Ask the seller to make a private listing for you, including all the items you originally contracted to buy and with a combined and discounted shipping cost. Have him use your eBay ID as the title.
Ask him not to use the Global Shipping Program unless the total purchase price is over $100 US.
(If it is over $100, you may do better using the GSP and paying import fees upfront rather than on your doorstep)
He doesn't have to agree.
Be polite, this isn't his fault, although it is his responsibility since he signed up for the GSP which is a badly flawed program.
Politely-- Captain Malcolm Reynolds
