Hi, this is my first time using ebay, how do people know they will get the product they purchase?

I was wondering how safe it is to buy off of new users who haven't sold anything before like myself; and what is stopping people from not sending the product they post after receiving payment.

Hi .. As a new member it is best to stick with established sellers with feedback from satisfied buyers. Ebay has strict rules for sellers and non compliance will result in restriction or suspension.

Ebay provides Buyer Protection for items not received or not as described (damaged, fake etc)..

Claims should be filed no later than day 43 from payment date.
