How Can We Get The Shipping Calculator

Hoping someone can help me. I have search and tried several ways with no luck to find a way to put the shipping calculator in my sales. I have seen many Americans using this and I beleive it pays by giving a more reasonable shipping rate to someone 50 Km away. It also can be set up to include a handling fee. My Q is where can I find this feature to download it and start including it in my austions?

There is free code available on the internet for a CanadaPOST Shipping calculator -- no need to pay for it.

Just go to GOOGLE and enter CanadaPOST SHIPPING CALCULATOR

Don't think the CP version allows for handling fees, but I could be wrong.
